Many seaboard and City Bowl properties have no truck access. Sand, stone and pavers come in by barrow through a side passage or down a flight of stairs. That is labour time. Paving Wiz shows it as its own line on the quote, so two quotes can be compared honestly.

Salt air and which pavers last
Salt-laden wind attacks poorly cured concrete pavers and weak jointing. On exposed Clifton, Bantry Bay and Sea Point sites Paving Wiz specifies denser pavers and stabilised joint sand. The paver thickness goes up for any area a car uses: 60mm, at about R20 per square metre more than 50mm.
Pool surrounds
