Paving Wiz lays driveways, patios, pool surrounds and parking areas across greater Cape Town, the Winelands, Helderberg and the West Coast. Installed paving here runs R300 to R580 per square metre. We measure on site, quote in writing per square metre, and do the work ourselves — we do not pass your job to another contractor.

What it costs
A 35m² single driveway in standard grey brick is R10,500 to R14,700 installed. 50m² is R15,000 to R21,000, and a 60m² double driveway built to carry a bakkie is R21,000 to R31,000. If a quote comes in far below R300/m², something has been left out, and it is almost always the sub-base. That is the layer you never see and the one that fails first.

- Site visit. We look at the ground, the access and the fall before putting a number to anything. There is no charge for the visit.
- Written, itemised quote. Rate per square metre, sub-base depth, paver type and edge details all stated, so you can compare it against anyone else’s.
