Paving Wiz lays driveways, patios and pool surrounds in Table View, Bloubergstrand, Big Bay, Melkbosstrand, Milnerton, Century City and Atlantis. Installed paving costs from R230 per square metre, everything included. On the West Coast the wind, not the vehicle, sets most of the specification.

Stabilised joints from day one
This is the windiest paving in the metro: fine coastal sand, a constant south-easter and little shelter. Open joints get scoured and paving on loose sand moves. Paving Wiz compacts in layers, restrains every edge, and on exposed Big Bay and Melkbosstrand plots uses stabilised jointing at installation rather than as a later repair.
Made ground at Century City and Milnerton
Parts of Century City and the Milnerton side sit on reclaimed or filled ground. Fill settles unevenly. Paving Wiz checks the depth to firm material during the measure before quoting a sub-base, because the difference changes the price.
